If your order includes a Lunabelle West graphic item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before it ships. 

Orders without Lunabelle West graphic items, including the clothing collection and ready to ship items, are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

All domestic packages include $100 of insurance through USPS. This coverage applies only to loss, damage, or missing contents, it does not cover stolen packages.

For additional protection we offer Route Shipping Insurance which can be added to any order at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing Route Insurance for full package protection and faster, easier claim processing.

To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please place it by December 8th. With the busy holiday season and increased carrier delays, we highly recommend selecting Priority Mail at checkout for faster delivery and more reliable tracking.
