If your order includes a Lunabelle West graphic item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before it ships.
Orders without Lunabelle West graphic items, including the clothing collection and ready to ship items, are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit (items must be new, unworn, and with tags). Exchanges are accepted if inventory allows. Please email lunabellewestbtq@gmail.com to initiate all returns and exchanges. For a complete outline of our return/exchange policy, visit HERE.

If you encounter a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or damage to the product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery at lunabellewestbtq@gmail.com.

If an item is sold out, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again.

All domestic packages include $100 of insurance through USPS. This coverage applies only to lost, damaged, or missing contents, it does not cover stolen packages.
For additional protection we offer Route Shipping Insurance which can be added to any order, unless stated, at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing Route Insurance for full package protection and faster, easier claim processing.

We don’t offer fully customized graphics, but if you’d like one of our existing designs on a different color or brand of hoodie, tee, or crewneck we carry, we may be able to accommodate. Please note this can take longer than our standard 7 business day processing time. Email us at lunabellewestbtq@gmail.com to check availability.
