If your order includes a Lunabelle West graphic item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before it ships. All other clothing and ready to ship items are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

All domestic packages include $100 of insurance through USPS. This coverage applies only to loss, damage, or missing contents, it does not cover stolen packages.

For additional protection we offer Route Shipping Insurance which can be added to any order at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing Route Insurance for full package protection and faster, easier claim processing.
