The Lunabelle West team will be out of office for Market 01/19/26 to 01/24/26. All orders placed during this time will begin processing to ship starting 01/26/26. Please expect a longer processing time than the stated 3-7 business days during this time.
If your order includes a Lunabelle West graphic item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before it ships.
Orders without Lunabelle West graphic items, including the clothing collection and ready to ship items, are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
All domestic packages include $100 of insurance through USPS. This coverage applies only to loss, damage, or missing contents, it does not cover stolen packages.
For additional protection we offer Route Shipping Insurance which can be added to any order at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing Route Insurance for full package protection and faster, easier claim processing.
