Shipping policy


 PROCESSING TIME
  • Please allow 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday, this excludes federal holidays) for your order to be processed, packaged and ready to ship. The processing time does not include the shipping time selected at checkout. All of our graphic products (tees, crewnecks, hoodies and quarter zips) are made in house and depending on the volume of orders we may need to use the full seven business days to process before shipping your order. 

Domestic Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via USPS 
  • USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Express 1-2 business days
  • All orders over $150.00 will ship free 

International Shipping 

  • All orders are shipped via USPS 
  • First Class Package - shipping speed varies by location
  • Priority Mail  6-10 business days
  • Priority Mail Express 3-5 business days
  • Tracked Shipping flat rate for packages under 4 lbs: 1-4 weeks (does not include insurance, please purchase the Route Shipping Insurance at checkout) We offer this as a more affordable shipping option for our international customers.
  • Please be aware that due to customs we can not guarantee any shipping speeds stated by USPS.
  • Customers are responsible for all custom/brokerage fees
PLEASE NOTE:
  • Once your package is dropped at USPS and accepted, we are no longer responsible for it.  For lost packages please contact your local post office or visit www.USPS.com to file a claim or if you have purchased the Route Insurance contact them through your order confirmation email. 
  • We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.  Please contact your local carrier for any issues with your package once marked "delivered."
  • You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from USPS.
  • If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
